So, Padraig Harringtom wins The Open in consecutive years. Greg Norman just could not make his game last through the final round. Starting out with 3 consecutive bogeys was perhaps his doom. Ian Poulter had an awesome final round to claim a lone second. But, Harrington poured it on the final few holes to win by sevral shots.

So, it is now 2 majors in a row that an injured player has won. Tigers now fabled win last month at Torrey Pines for another US Open win was much more dramatic to watch. But, Harrington won this week with a recent wrist injury to claimThe Open Title.
