Everyone knows that in the US Open you MUST hit fairways. And, I think Phils decision not to put a driver in his bag was a reasonable thing to do. But, he is not hitting fairaways even with his 3 wood, and he is losing the extra 20 yards off the tee. So, should Phil put the driver back in the bag?
